Acacia decurrens, of the Mollissima variety, is a highly aromatic species of mimosa native to Australia, which was brought to Morocco to be cultivated as a source of tannin for the leather industry. This fast-growing tree blooms in the early spring.

Biolandes’ mimosa plantation in Khemisset spans 30 hectares (75 acres) and is certified organic. We pick the flowers by hand in April and process mimosa concrete directly at our factory in Morocco.
