Description

Native to India, where its flowers are used for traditional ceremonies, Jasminum grandiflorum blooms from June to December. The second biggest producer country of jasmine is Egypt, where a great many farmers in the Nile Delta region grow this fragrant shrub. The open blossoms are picked by hand early in the morning in order to reach the factories by about noon.
