The lentisque (mastic) used by Biolandes is harvested in the forests of the Rif region of northern Morocco. Biolandes practices sustainable harvesting in order to preserve the resource: only a few branches are taken from each plant to produce this oil.

In all the modes of perfuming, this absolute proposes warm woody effects with balsamic and chocolate accents. Its evolution will propose more balsamic notes (coffee powder) but also citrusy / balsamy notes typical of cistus. It is a very good fixative of perfume.
