In the Madagascan highlands, we have negotiated a contract with a growers’ association for the production of vetiver root in compliance with the FFL standard. The association agrees to supply certified organic (EC and NOP) dried vetiver roots for distillation. In return, we agree to buy the roots at a guaranteed minimum price. In parallel, the specifications ensure the preservation of biodiversity and encourage sustainable farming practices.
