Description
The three biggest producer countries of essential oil of rosemary are Tunisia, Morocco and Spain. In the spring, before the extreme heat of summer, mobile stills are set up in the middle of the rosemary bushes, near a source of water. The following year, the newly grown sprigs are distilled over an open fire, and the distillation residues are used as fuel.
