- Since 1997, the two factories of BIOLANDES MAROC have been extracting
the majority of aromatic products Morocco has to offer - the country
is one of the richest in the world for natural aromatic raw materials.
- At Khemisset (between Rabat and Fes), 180 hectares are dedicated
to orange flower, jasmine, mimosa and geranium. The factory also processes
numerous other products: wild chamomile, lentisque, laurel, rosemary, cypress, etc.
- In southern Morocco, the Dadès valley is the third largest
area worldwide for the cultivation of Damascena roses. At El Kelaa,
on the edge of the desert, BIOLANDES produces rose concretes to complete
its Turkish and Bulgarian ranges (see also TURKEY
and BULGARIA), along with other local products:
cedar and oak mosses, armoise oil, beeswax concrete, etc.
- The wealth of resources found in Morocco also enables us to develop
numerous new products, such as flavorings extracted from products found
in the sea or anti-oxidant extracts of rosemary.
