- Through BIOLANDES BULGARIA, since 1996 the Company has had a base
in the historic home of rose oil, at the heart of a country with a strong
tradition in aromatic products.
- In the Valley of the Roses in Kazanlak, BIOLANDES cultivates more than 100 hectares
of rose fields. The company controls the entire production chain, from
the production of the plants to flower picking, distillation and oil
control.
- Every year, for three weeks starting May
20th, the flower pickers move through the rose fields from
dawn until noon, providing the distillery of BIOLANDES in Zimnitsa with rose petals of incomparable
freshness. Keeping up this tradition ensures Bulgarian rose oil retains
its own specific character.
- BIOLANDES BULGARIA also
produces and collects major Bulgarian specialties such as lavender and
sage.
