extraction unit in Valréas (Provence - France)

Biolandes has taken over a distillation / extraction facility in Valreas in the north of Provence in 2004. This unit gives us access to the traditional aromatic products from Provence: Lavandin, Lavender, Clary Sage, Tarragon and Cypress.

We have built up, over time, a network of farmers and producers we buy crude essential oils from, in the various growing areas for Lavandin and Lavender.

Partnerships have also been gradually built with growers and producers of organic plants and essential oils and we provide them assistance with the management of their certification.

In winter

In winter the production facility complements its activity by the extraction of other specialities: Black Currant buds, Cocoa, Lovage, Carrot Seeds,...)

Also...

The facility distills directly Lavandin and Lavender supplied by local growers.

A team of 9 people works in the plant.
